奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白与疗效的影响

Effect of sodium Ozagrel on C-reactive protein and clinical effectiveness in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的观察奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)含量与疗效的影响。方法 136例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各68例,对照组采用脑梗死常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用奥扎格雷钠治疗,治疗前及14d后测定CRP水平变化,并对神经功能缺损进行标准评分。结果治疗后14d观察组CRP水平较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠能降低ACI患者血清CRP水平,有利于减轻炎症反应,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of sodium Ozagrel on C-reactive protein（CRP） and clinical effectiveness in the patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods 136 ACI patients were divided into two groups randomly.In observation group（n=68）,sodium Ozagrel were given intravenously on the basis of conventional treatment.The conventional therapy was only used in the control group（n=68）.The level of serum CRP and neurologic impairment scores（NIS） on pre-treatment and on the 14th day post-treatment were comparied in two groups.Results The serum level of CRP on the 14th day in observation group was significantly decreased than that in the control group（P0.05）.The decline of the NIS on the 14th day of the treatment was more striking in observation group than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Ozagrel can decrease serum level of CRP in ACI patient,which is favourable for subsidence of inflammatory reaction and improvement of clinical effectiveness.
