摘要 目的对我国海军舰员服役期间的运动系统伤病发生情况进行调查分析。方法对某舰队在不同类型舰艇服役的舰员采取抽样调查,了解服役期间运动系统损伤和疾病的发生情况和特点。结果海军舰员服役期间运动系统伤病的发生率为56.0%,其中四肢关节痛为主,占发病总数的39.4%。结论海军舰员运动系统伤病的发生率高,可能与舰员工作生活环境以及缺少规律的锻炼有关,应引起足够的重视,采取适当的措施加以预防。 Objective Researches on epidemiology of movement system diseases of seamen.Methods Do some spot check on different seamen and understand their occruing rate and characteristics.Results The occuring rate of movement system diseases is 56.0%,which is lower than extremity ache whose occuring rate is 39.4%.Conclusion The high occuring rate is related to seamen's working condition and shortage of regular exercise,which should be paid enough attention and taken measures to prevent it.
