基于应用型本科院校财务管理专业人才培养模式探索——以长沙学院为例

On Training Mode of the Financial Management Professionals Based on Application-oriented Colleges --Take Changsha University as an Example

由于世界经济环境的一系列深刻变化，促使对财务管理专业应用型人才需求的不断扩大。为了把握机遇、应对挑战，文章以注重能力、强化应用为目的，在构建财务管理专业应用型人才培养模式的改革过程中，进行了一系列的思考，并提出了专业教育改革的相应措施。

As the series of profound changes of world economic environment, it has promoted the growing demand for professional application-oriented talent major in financial management. In order to get the opportunity and meet the challenges, during the transforming process of training professional application-oriented talent major in financial management, a series of thought are made with the purpose of strengthening ability and application. The reform evaluation of professional education was introduced in this paper.
