摘要
准确、快速地提供临床检验数据,实现高效的管理,需要将各种自动化分析仪与信息系统进行整合。针对医院检验仪器配备、信息化条件和工作模式的一般情况,研究了有关的工作流程和数据流的特点,在应用条形码的标本管理和检验申请管理基础上,建立LIS仪器通信管理子系统连接自动化分析仪。它由仪器通信器、缓冲区处理器和通信控制数据库组成,支持完整的申请流和结果流,使不同自动化分析仪与LIS达到了应用层面的整合。具有较好的灵活性和应用效果。
To provide clinical laboratory observations accurately and quickly and to realize an efficient management should integrate automated analyzers with computed information system. Concerning the common conditions of laboratory equipment, informationization and work pattern, the related work flow and data flow have been studied. Based on the specimen and laboratory order management applying barcode labels, a machine communication sub- system is set up within LIS to connect automated analyzers. It consists of machine communication modules, buffer- processing modules, and a communication control database. The unabridged flow of orders and flow of observations are supported. Therefore, different automated analyzers and the LIS are integrated at application level with good flexibility and performance.
