摘要
目的:探讨MDM2和P53与大肠癌临床病理学的关联性。方法:大肠癌88例为研究组,取大肠癌样本制备切片,采用SABC法对MDM2和P53染色,对每一切片染色深度和阳性细胞数比例进行评估,最后采取综合评定方法分析结果。并与同期正常组织(对照Ⅰ组)、大肠腺瘤样息肉(对照Ⅱ组)作比较。结果:对照Ⅰ组与对照Ⅱ组、研究组比较,MDM2与P53阳性表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肠癌B期与C期、D期的蛋白表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MDM2和P53在大肠癌的发生、发展中起到协同作用。
Objective: To observe the relationship between MDM2-P53 signaling pathway and clinical staging of colorectal cancer.Methods: Tissue specimens of colorectal cancer were prepared and stained by using the SABC method for MDM2 and P53 expressions.The depth of staining was observed and the proportion of positive cells was assessed,and both were scored for final evaluation.Healthy tissue(control group I) and colorectal adenomatous polyp tissue(control group II) in the correspond period served as controls.Results: Compared with the control group I,the expression of MDM2 and P53 were significantly increased in the control group Ⅱand the cancer group(P0.05).In colorectal cancer clinically staged at C and D,the expression of MDM2 and P53 were enhanced as compared with those of cancer staged at B(P〈0.05),and a positive correlation between the 2 markers was noted.Conclusion: MDM2 and P53 may play a synergistic role in colorectal cancer occurrence and both participate in the process of cancer.
