不同物料形式的微丸制备技术选择

摘要 以微丸为代表的多单元剂量分散型给药制剂,具有释药持续稳定,局部刺激性小,生物利用度高等独特优势,成为研究的热点。微丸的直径〈2.5mm,吸收了丸剂、散剂、颗粒剂的特点而创制。根据不同需要它可分为速释微丸、缓释微丸、控释微丸、靶向微丸和制药辅料的空白丸芯等。因此,研究其制备技术与物料形式的适应性是制备合格微丸的前提和基础。
