摘要
发动机430系列气缸体铸件,水道芯长度较长且又细又薄,原来采用单独浸涂料、烘烤工艺,砂芯出现裂纹、变形、尺寸不稳定,铸件水道表面出现气孔,水道中心偏移等缺陷,严重影响了铸件质量。通过对存在的问题进行分析,采用了水道芯与主体芯一起浸涂及整体烘烤工艺,解决了上述缺陷问题,保证了铸件质量。
The water channel core of the Engine430 series cylinder castings was dipped and roasted alone,which leads to many defects such as crack,deformation,dimensional instability,blow hole on the surface of the water channel castings and central deviation of the water channel.All the problems mentioned above were solved successfully after using dipping and roasting technology together with the body core.
