摘要 导师制是人才培养的一种模式。为全面提高黑龙江科技学院材料成型专业本科生培养质量,在2008年大三和大四年级开始实施导师制。本文重点论述了导师制实施意义,探讨了导师的选择、聘任、管理及考核等问题,阐述了我校导师制的主要工作内涵。实践证明导师制实施取得了较好成效。 Tutorial system is a talents training mode.To improve undergraduates training quality of Material Forming and Control Engineering in Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology,tutorial system was carried in the third and fourth grades undergraduates in 2008.The significance of tutorial system was dissertate,and the selection,employment,administration and assess of tutors were explored in this paper.The working contents of tutorial system of my college were expatiated.It is proved that good effects of tutorial system are obtained in eduction practice.
