铸造行业准入制和"十二五"发展规划的拟定和实施是国家经济转型和持续发展以及使我国成为世界铸造强国的重要战略和行动纲领。未来十年中国铸造企业有2万家淘汰退市,这将使整个行业结构更加优化,提高产业竞争力。淘汰铸业落后产能,实现"和谐铸造"。即与天和谐:治理污染,粉尘、废气、噪音排放达标;与地和谐:节约资源、废渣、废砂、废水排放达标,走良性循环发展道路;与人和谐:铸业实施行规、行约、自律管理,和谐共同发展,支持铸业走向世界,为世界铸业和谐发展作贡献。本文依据建国以来铸业走过的历程和现状提出相关的发展理念和措施,预示未来十年铸业发展的环节。

Foundry industry admittance system and the formulating and implementing of ＂The Twelfth Five＂ development planning are the important strategic and action plan for our economy transformation and sustainable development as well as make our country become the world casting powers.There will be 20 thousand china foundry enterprises out in the future 10 years,which can make the whole industry structure more optimization and higher competitiveness.The ＂harmonious casting＂,namely harmony with the heaven：pollution control and dust,gas and noise within the emission standards,harmony with the earth：resource conservation and waste residues,waste sand,waste water within he emission standards,harmony with the human：harmonious and common development,supporting casting industry towards the world and making contributions for the world casting industry,is realizing by eliminating backward production capacity of casting industries.This article put forwards relevant developing ideas and measures to predict the development of casting industry in future ten years based on the history and current situation of the casting industry.
