摘要
应用高效液相色谱飞行时间质谱联用技术(HPLC-TOFMS)测定了丙三醇三硝酸酯(NG)/二缩三乙二醇二硝酸酯(TEGDN)混合硝酸酯中的杂质丙三醇二硝酸酯。色谱条件为Gemini5μC-18色谱柱、55/45(V/V)的甲醇/水流动相;质谱采集模式为电喷雾源负离子方式。结果表明:丙三醇二硝酸酯来源于NG,它存在1,3-丙三醇二硝酸酯和1,2-丙三醇二硝酸酯两种异构体;定量测定方法变异系数分别为0.021%和0.056%,方法精密度能够满足不同丙三醇二硝酸酯含量测定要求。
The impurities of propanetriol dinitrate in nitroglycerin(NG) /dinitroglycol(TEGDN) were determinated by liquid chromatography photodiode array detection /electrospray ionization time of flight spectromass(HPLC-TOFMS),and the experimental conditions were as follows: Gemini5μC-18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column,mobile phase of 55% methano land 45% water,and the negative mode of electrospray-ion(ESI) source.Results show that the impurities is from NG,and are 1,3-propanetriol dinitrate and 1,2-propanetriol dinitrate.The deviation coefficient of variation for their quantities was 0.021% and 0.056%,respectively.The precision satisfy the application for distinguishing the content difference of propanetriol dinitrate in different NG /TEGDN.
