颅底骨折右眼眶骨折并颈动脉海绵窦瘘一例 被引量：1

摘要 1病例 患者男，21岁，于2010年1月18日因车祸致颅底骨折，右眼眶骨折，就诊于当地医院，保守治疗15d后出院。受伤2个月后患者出现鼻塞、流鼻涕，体温偏高等症状，同时出现右眼球结膜充血、水肿。发病后就诊于当地医院，诊断为：“右眼结膜炎”，给予头孢类抗生素及糖皮质激素静脉滴注，局部药物滴眼，治疗后发热症状消失，
