摘要
魏宣利认为,造成中国社会养老保险制度乱象的根本原因在于依附于城乡二元经济结构背景下的社会福利制度的差异性供给,要想有效解决这一问题,需要兼顾社会养老保险的"效率"与"公平"、"强制性"与"自愿性"、"多轨并行"与"统一"等原则。
Wei Xuan-li thinks that the difference of urban and rural endowment insurance comes from the dual economy of cities and rural areas.To solve this problem,the keys are equality and integrity.
