摘要
温度是影响质子交换膜燃料电池工作性能的一个重要因素,通过采用冷却水流过冷却流道来控制燃料电池的工作温度,设计了4种冷却流道,采用STAR-CD软件模拟了冷却水流动及传热,分析了不同流量下进出口压降、固体表面最高温度和温度差。结果表明:冷却板B能够有效传导热量且具有较小的压降损失。
Temperature is an important factor that impacts the performance of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells.Temperature of the fuel cell is commonly controlled by that cooling water flows within cooling plate.Four types of cooling flow model were built up.STAR-CD was applied to simulate flow of cooling water and heat transfer.Pressure drop,solid surface maximum temperature and temperature difference were then analyzed under different flow.The results show that Model B has good thermal capacity and smaller pressure drop.
