模糊语言群决策影响因素的分析方法

Analysis Method of Influential Factors of Fuzzy Language Group Decision Making

针对模糊语言评价信息群决策的影响因素分析问题,提出了一种FL-DEMATEL(fuzzy language DE-MATEL)方法。该方法将传统的DEMATEL方法拓展到模糊语言环境中,首先将语言变量转化为梯形模糊数,进行量化处理;然后利用拓展的FL-DEMATEL方法,计算出群决策的梯形模糊数综合影响矩阵,并以此计算出影响因素的中心度和原因度,确定因素的归属问题;最后将FL-DEMATEL方法应用于区域FEEEP系统协调发展中,分析其影响因素之间的关系,说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

A new FL-DEMATEL method was proposed to analyze the influential factors of the group decision making problems in fuzzy linguistic evaluation.The traditional DEMATEL method was expanded to the fuzzy linguistic environment.Firstly the fuzzy linguistic variables were transformed into trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and quantized.Secondly the expanded FL-DEMATEL method was applied to calculate influential matrix of trapezoidal fuzzy number of group decision making.The cause degree and center degree of the affecting factors were then calculated and belongingness of factors was determined.Finally,the FL-DEMATEL method was applied to the coordinated development of regional FEEEP system.And the relationship of the influence factors was analyzed.The practical example shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
