摘要
针对领先用户的特点,提出了领先用户参与创新与企业创新绩效关系的概念模型。以收集的企业样本为数据来源,运用复回归分析与典型相关分析的方法分析了领先用户参与创新动机、合作关系、领先用户参与创新行为与企业创新绩效的关系。
Considering characteristic of leading users,a conceptual model was proposed on relationship between the innovation performance of a company and the innovation participated by its leading users.Combining with data sources from samples of companies,multiple regression analysis method and canonical correlation analysis method were applied to discuss the innovation motivation of leading users,cooperation relationship,and relationship between the innovation performance of a company and the innovation behaviors participated by its leading users.
