摘要
本文报导了绿蟾蜍(Bufo viridis)、中国林蛙(Rana temporiaria chensinensis)和湖蛙(Rana 新疆三种无尾两栖类的晶体、舌、心、肝、肾及后肢半膜肌六种组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳图谱的比较研究,从酶谱的区带数目、迁移率及扫描图谱来看,三种动物的酶谱具有明显种的特异性,酶谱的相似程度同物种间的亲缘关系有关;酶谱亦明显反映器官组织的特异性。
This paper reports the electroploregrams of debydrogenase in six tissues of Bafo Viridis, Rana lempornia chessiawnsis, and Rana ridibwrde by means of polyacrylamide gel electropboresis. The number of enzyme band, reiative gratlon rate, scanning corves have been analysed. The results show that each animal and each tissue of a animal all be their characteristic zymograms, and the similar degree of the zymogram relates to relationship of the same species. It a shows that the electrophoretogram of Rana temporiaria cnensinenais is more close to that of Rana ridibmrda then to that Bafo viridis.
