摘要 针对汽车车轮产品开发和车轮维修等场合的需要,开发了便携式汽车车轮测量仪,测量仪以LPC2294为微控制器,uC/OS-Ⅱ为操作系统,MiniGui为图形界面系统,运用位移传感器和编码器,能完成车轮的跳动、压配偏距测量和谐波分析,能储存100个车轮的测量数据,适用于多品种汽车车轮的测量,系统采用模块化设计,便于移动和携带,功能强大,具有广阔的应用前景。 Measuring instrument for portable automobile rim is developed according to the requirements for development of automobile rim products and car wheels repair and other circumstances.The instrument was designed by using LPC2294 as the microcontroller,uC/OS-Ⅱ as the operating system,and MiniGui as GUI system(graphical user interface system).It can accomplish wheels hop,press-fit setover measurements,harmonic analysis and storage of measurements data of 100 wheels by a displacement pickup and a coder,which makes it apply to the measurements of multiple automobile rims.The modular design has been adopted in the system,which ensures its removability and portability,powerful functions and extensive application prospect.
