摘要
EtherCAT是IEC61158现场总线标准之一,广泛应用于对稳定性、高速度、高精度等方面要求严格的运动控制领域。文中提出一种使用德国Hilscher公司推出的EtherCAT从站模块ComX-CA-RE和瑞萨M16单片机开发EtherCAT从站的实现方案,采用模块化开发方式,能够有效地改善设备开发的质量、加快了开发速度,为开发EtherCAT标准设备提供了一种便捷的途径。文章对系统设计方案进行了分析,讲述了系统的软硬件设计,并通过实验对设备进行测试,实验证明设备运行正常。
EtherCAT is one kind of real-time Ethernet technology used in motion control,which is included by IEC61158 standard and has strict requirements on stability,speed and accuracy.In this paper a solution of EtherCAT slave using Renesas M16 MCU(micro controling unit) M3062LFGPGP and EtherCAT slave module ComX-CA-RE produced by Hilscher was provided.It applies modular design,and effectively improves the quality and speed of device development,and a method to develop standard device is provided.This paper first describes the system architecture,then presents the design of software and hardware,and tests the device by experiments.The device works well.
