摘要
随着对组织有效性的深入研究,建立模型以完成从定性分析到定量分析的过程是一个必然趋势。针对组织结构、组织流程、组织绩效及成员态度4个影响因素对组织有效性的影响,根据组织有效性目标评价方法建立一套评价指标体系,构建基于模糊综合评价方法的组织有效性目标评价模型。通过实例验证目标评价方法的模型化在实践中考察组织有效与否的可行性。
With the progress on organizational effectiveness research, it is an inevitable trend to model from qualitative to quantitative analysis. Based on four kinds of factors influencing organization effectiveness, including organization structure, organization processes, organization performance and attitude, an evaluation system based on multi-objective assessment is proposed. Fuzzy comprehensive framework is employed during the evaluation process. A case is provided in the paper to show that the feasibility of the proposed methodology in parctical.
