中国石化钻井化学剂技术标准现状调查分析

An Investigation and Analysis on the Technological Standard Status of Drilling Chemical Agents in Sinopec

通过对中国石化范围内钻井化学剂技术标准收集、整理、筛选、技术分析,剖析了存在的问题,制定了筛选原则。按照油田化学剂分类方法规范了钻井化学剂分类和代号,共分成16类钻井液处理剂,技术标准278项;13类油井水泥外加剂,技术标准46项,形成了中国石化钻井化学剂采购技术标准体系。

Based on the collection, reorganization, selection, and technical analysis of technological standards of drilling chemical agents in Sinopec, existing problems are analyzed, followed by the establishment of selection principles. Meanwhile, oilfield chemical agent classifying methods are applied to the normalization of classification and codes of chemical agents. It is shown that there are 16 kinds of drilling chemical agents with 278 technological standards, and there are 13 kinds of well concrete additive agents with 46 technological standards. All this make up the technological standard system of purchasing drilling chemical agents in Sinopec.
