Deep passivation of methanol synthesis catalyst KATALCO 51-8

分析了KATALCO 51-8甲醇合成催化剂钝化不彻底的原因,主要是由于催化剂表面没有形成完整的氧化覆盖膜。提出了高温氧气浸泡钝化催化剂的方法,解决了通常方法钝化的催化剂在卸除时大量结块、粘贴、冒烟的问题。

The reasons causing incomplete passivation of methanol synthesis KATALCO 51-8 were analyzed,and it was found the main one was that the surface of the catalyst did not form a complete oxide film covering.A novel high-temperature oxygen immersing passivation process was proposed,by which the problems in discharging the catalyst passivated by the common passivation process,such as agglomeration,adhering and fuming,could be effectively solved.
