文安洼蓄滞洪区洪水风险图编制技术

Technique of Flood Risk Mapping on Wenanwa Flood Retarding Basin

洪水风险图是一种融合了地理、社会经济信息、洪水特征等信息的专题地图,采用了Acrgis(地理信息系统)、SQL数据库等先进技术,可广泛应用于防洪减灾、洪水保险、各种发展规划、灾害评估等诸多方面。文安洼是海河流域防洪体系的重要组成部分,是全国重点蓄滞洪区之一,编制文安洼蓄滞洪区风险图对蓄滞洪区防汛减灾、发展规划等可以起到重要的指导作用。该文对风险图编制中的技术经验进行了总结,以为今后工作提供借鉴。

Flood risk map is the thematic map which comprised by geography information,socioeconomic information and flood characteristics.It uses the Acrgis（Geographic Information System）,SQL databases and other advanced technologies can be widely used in flood mitigation,flood insurance,all kinds of development planning,disaster assessment and many other aspects.Wenanwa flood retarding basin is an important part of the flood defenden system of Hai-River,it is also an important flood retarding basin of the whole country.Making the Wenanwa flood retarding basin flood risk map can play an important guide role in flood control and disaster mitigation of flood retarding basins.The paper summarizes the technical experience and provides a reference for future work.
