主要论述了开展农村水电增效扩容工程建设的必要性,及当前农村水电增效扩容改造情况和存在的问题,提出了保障措施和建议。
This paper discusses the expansion project for rural water and electricity efficiency and the need for construction,water efficiency and expansion of the current rural situation and problems of reconstruction,security measures and put forward policy recommendations.
