With the development of electronic technology,electronic evidences are indispensible for the proof in more and more law suits.It is therefore necessary to understand the characteristics of such evidences,as well as the rules for collecting them,the rules for the capability of them,and the rules for weighing their proving value.In other countries′ legislature,more and more attention is paid to the first and the third kinds of rules above.In the era of information,the courts will find the fact appropriately only through establishing appropriate application rules for electronic evidences.
