大型调水工程上、下游水量与供水成本分摊方法 被引量:6

摘要 科学合理的水价对于大型调水工程的良性运行至关重要,水价的主要影响因素是水量和投资,而水量分摊方法及供水成本分摊方法直接影响调水工程沿线水价的确定。介绍了输水损失在水量分摊中的应用和按照折算水量进行供水成本分摊方法的应用,并对水量分摊和投资分摊从数学的角度对公式的线性问题进行分析讨论;再用数据进行模拟,最后分析得出水量分摊方法和成本分摊方法存在的问题;定性的指出水量和投资在大型调水工程中的趋势变化问题,最后对确定单方水供水成本的分段及分区间给予相关的建议。 A reasonable water price is crucially important for the good operation and well-running of large-scale diversion projects. Water price is mainly determined by the water amount and investment, while the water-supply quantity sharing and watersupply cost-sharing methods can directly affect the setting of the water price. This paper analyzed the present method of water losses in water supply quantity sharing and the method of water supply cost-sharing according to the convert water. Moreover, the formula of the sharing methods was analyzed from a mathematics view and the method was applied to simulate the data. Finally, the authors pointed out the exiting problems in the methods, came up with the trend of the water amount and investment in the large-scale diversion projects, and put forward the suggestions for determining the unit water price in its section and partition standards.
