摘要
区域产业结构与水资源利用相互影响,相互制约,通过合理调整产业结构可有效缓解区域缺水现状。为此,提出了以经济效益、产业结构贴近度、用水量等为目标的产业结构与用水协调的多目标优化模型;针对模型构建、资源配置,决策者偏好等方面存在的模糊性,文中应用交互式模糊多目标优化算法将模型转化为模糊多目标决策模型,通过逐步缩小决策空间,最终得到决策者的满意方案;并应用灰色关联理论和耗散结构理论,分析产业结构与用水结构的灰色关联关系,计算其灰关联熵对方案集进行评价。经实例研究验证了该模型及方法的可行性,可以为区域产业结构与水资源利用的优化协调提供理论依据。
Industrial structure and utilization of water resources are interrelated and interact on each other. The status of regional water shortage can be relieved by adjusting the industrial structure reasonably. The multi-objective optimal model is proposed to coordinate the industrial structure and water utilization,which take the economic benefit, industrial structure similarity degree and the water consumption as the objective functions. Aiming at the fuzziness of model building, water resources allocating and decision makerts preference, the interactive fuzzy multi-objective optimization algorithm is applied to translate the model into fuzzy multi-objective decision making model. Through gradually reducing the decision space, the satisfied scheme is obtained. Moreover, grey relation theory and dissipative structure theory are used to analyze the grey correlation relationship of industrial structure and water consuming structure,and to calculate the grey correlation entropy to evaluate the scheme sets. Finally the case study proves that the model is feasible and practical, and it can offer the theoretical basis for the coordination development between industrial structure and water resources utilization.
