摘要
本研究从某大学网络教育学院抽取三门课程做为研究对象,借助探究社区模型及编码体系,从社会性存在、认知性存在和教学性存在三方面来考量其网上教学交互过程。研究发现:课程论坛上社会性存在、教学性存在和认知性存在的水平均较低,教学过程无结构化,学生言论缺乏批判性的思考和批判性的对话,缺乏群体的互动等。建议重视论坛活动的设计与监督,提高教学性存在,掌握"有限存在"以平衡教学过程中抑制和存在之间的关系,重视触发事件的设置,努力使学生从独立学习向协作学习转变。
This study took 3 courses from the distance education college of a university as the research sample,and analyzed the cognitive,teaching and social presence of its online instruction with the help of the model of community of inquiry and encoding system The study result shows that: 1) subjects' cognitive,teaching and social presence are all in lower level in the course forums;2) teaching process is unstructured;3) critical thinking and dialogue are rarely seen in subjects' speeches;4) group interaction is also absent.Some suggestions are put out to improve the instruction effects such as paying attention on the activities design and supervision,improving teaching presence,mastering limited presence in order to balance the relationship between inhibition and presence during the teaching process,stressing the setting of trigger event,and accommodating students' transformation from independent learning to collaborative learning.
