提高培训质量打造中职教师培训的“广州模式”——广州市中职教师培训工作的实践与思考 被引量:1

摘要 当前职业教育与职业院校改革日益激烈,教师素质的高低是教育改革发展成败的关键性因素。而通过教师培训来提高师资队伍质量,是职业教育建设和持续发展的动力支持,更是建设"双师型"教师队伍建设的重要途径。本文通过总结广州市中职教师市级培训工作的实践经验,分析开展培训工作中培训对象选取、教师赴企业实践等环节遇到的困境,探究在今后的教师培训工作中加强考核评价、避免"短板",提高培训质量的对策建议,对中职教师培训工作质量的整体优化有重要意义。 Teachers' qualifications are vital for vocational colleges to survive fierce competition in the educational industry and to succeed in the reform.As one of the approaches to enhancing staff's strengths,in-service training provides vocational education with sustainable drive for further development,and facilitates the Teacher-Expert program,which aims to nurture a teacher to be an expert in his/her relevant field.This paper exams the Project of Vocational Teachers' Training in Guangzhou in terms of its subjects and implementations etc.,and summarizes such methods as attaching great importance to the result assessment to improve the program's effects.
