城市化背景下的农村新型村镇社区治理问题研究

Governance of New Rural Communities in the Context of Urbanization

农村新型村镇社区治理是中国社会管理的重要组成部分,也是创新社会管理的重点领域,本文运用抽象分析和文献研究的方法,对中国城市化背景下的新型村镇社区治理问题进行了初步研究,梳理并划分出我国新型村镇社区的类型,分析了目前我国新型村镇社区治理存在的问题及困境,并基于社区治理理论侧重分析了我国新型村镇社区治理的主体、模式上存在的问题及原因,进而提出了一些政策建议,试图为深入研究我国村镇社区治理及社区物业管理等相关问题打下基础。

Governance of new rural communities is not only an important part of society management in China,but also a critical field worth exploring when innovating the social management.This paper adopts methods of Abstract analysis and literature research to study the existing problems in this respect in the context of Chinese accelerating urbanization.In particular,the paper sorts out the major categories of the communities,and analyzes problems and difficulties.Then it employs Community Governance Theory to investigate issues like subject and mode of the new rural society management.Finally,it puts forward some policy suggestions for further research on community and property management.
