棒线材力学性能数学模型的开发与应用

摘要 结合宣钢热轧钢筋和线材实际工艺和产品性能特征,一方面在实验室对典型的低合金钢和微合金钢进行全面系统的物理冶金试验,另一方面在热轧机组对实际生产的典型产品进行大量的成分-工艺-组织-性能数据统计处理和回归分析。通过对强化理论的基本公式和回归经验方程的分析,建立了新型的综合反映各主要强化机制对强度贡献增量的包括屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率在内的热轧棒线材力学性能数学模型,经宣钢三条棒材生产线和三条高速线材生产线上应用,具有高精度和高准确率的特点。 Based the actual process of hotrolled reinforced bar and wire and product's characteristic, on the one hand in laboratory typical low - alloy steel and microalloying steel are all - round and systematic tested in physics and metallurgy, on the other hand at the hot - rolling stand set the statistic treatment and regression analysis are conducted for a large quantity of data of component - process - structure - performance to the typical concrete products. By means of analysis to the basic formula of strengthening theory and regression experience equation, a new type of mathematics model for mechanical properties of hot - rolled bar and wire is built, which comprehensively reflect increments in yield strength, tensile strength and elongation offered by various main strengthening mechanisms. It is proved being of high precision and high accuracy when applied in three bar production lines and three high - speed wire line in Xuan Steel.
