阐述了张家口城市气源工程煤气净化项目节能、节水技术,包括采用AS全负压流程、脱酸蒸氨工艺、间接法鼓泡式饱和器内生产硫铵的工艺、脱苯塔采用高效新型填料、采用节能型传动设备、选用节水工艺流程、选用高效换热设备等。对下一步焦化厂的节能减排提出具体实施方案。
It is stated the saving energy and water techniques in gas cleaning project in Zhangjiakou： adopting AS complete negative pressure flow, deacidification ammonia evaporating process, process to produce thiamine in indirect bubble - blowing saturator, new high - efficiency filler used in debenzolizing tower, adopting energy - saving driving equipment, selecting water - saving process, selecting high - efficiency heat exchanger and etc. One concrete plan to carry out in coke plant to save energy and reduce waste is proposed.
