摘要
2008年金融危机后,我国高职院校的就业工作面临着新形势。结合自己的工作经历,认为做好高职院校就业工作须做到:专业设置要与市场需求挂钩,做好学生职业生涯的规划与设计、加强就业指导课教育,精心组织学生活动,开拓就业市场、建立就业基地、提高就业质量,企业改变生产经营方式、提升内涵等。通过这些措施,为我国高职院校的健康发展保驾护航。
After the financial crisis in 2008,the vocational college students＇ employment is faced with a new situation.This paper believes that the key to successful employment of vocational college students is the agreement between the market demand and the specialty,the well planning of career,right guidance of employment,the expansion of employment market and so on.These measures will guarantee the sound development of higher vocational colleges.
