摘要
从前处理板材、电泳槽液参数、电泳阳极管排布、电泳施工参数等方面分析查找了AP11发动机盖前端阴极电泳过程中形成针孔的原因。根据现场实际情况,提出了切实有效的解决措施。
Pinhole is a common defect on electrophoretic film which may be caused by pretreatment substrate, eleetrophoretie bath parameters, anodes arrangement and application parameters and so on. According to site practice, some effective countermeasures to resolve the pinholes on front end of AP11 hood was put forward.
