采用SPC质量工具,对促进剂的用量进行分析和控制,从而在保证涂装质量的前提下,降低磷化渣废弃物处理成本。
Statistical Process Control （ SPC ）, a kind of quality tool, is used to analyze and control the amount of accelerator. On the basis of assurance of painting quality, the treatment cost of phosphating waste would be decreased.
