心电图编辑在64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中的初步探讨

ECG EDITING IN 64-SLICE SPIRAL CT CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY

目的探讨心电图编辑在64层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像中的应用价值。方法收集心律失常及心电图异常患者26例,使用心电图编辑功能,对原始心电图进行编辑,比较编辑前后重建的冠状动脉图像质量。结果心电编辑前,由于心律失常,造成重建的冠脉图像模糊、缺失、显著的阶梯状伪影,可评估的冠脉节段为51.1%;心电编辑后图像质量改善,可评估的冠脉节段达到98.2%。二者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠状动脉CT血管成像中,使用心电图编辑功能具有非常重要的意义和实际应用价值。

Objective To study the value of retrospective ECG editing in 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography.Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with arrhythmia or electrocardiographic abnormality were reviewed.The coronary angiography was obtained respectively by using original synchronously recorded ECG or by using the ECG after editing with the built-in ECG editing software.The image quality of reconstructed coronary arteries was compared before and after the editing of synchronously record ECG.Results The imaging of coronary arteries was blurred or missing1,and some of it was constructed defect.Only 51.1% of the coronary segments were assessable for diagnosis before editing.After the ECG editing,the image quality of coronary segments was obviously improved with an increase of the assessable segments to 98.2%（P0.05）.Conclusion The ECG editing has practical value in CT coronary angiography.
