临沂市社区医生见习期间外科基本操作技能规范化培训策略

STRATEGIES FOR STANDARDIZED SURGICAL SKILL TRAINING OF DOCTORS IN COMMUNITY HOSPITALS

目的培养适应新时代的外科实用型人才,重视素质培养,特别是动手和实际工作能力的培养,提高社区医生临床外科医疗水平。方法课程分为技术与手术基本操作技能两大模块,外科基本操作技能采用"循序渐进重复加强"训练法及"人人考核合格法"培训方案。结果外科基本操作技能培训学员结业评定量化考核,优良率96%以上。结论 "循序渐进重复加强"训练法及"人人考核合格法"有助于学员动手能力的培养,对提高社区医生临床外科基本操作技能具有重要的现实意义。

Objective To explore the strategies for standardized surgical skill training of doctors in community hospitals.Methods The training courses included sterilizing process and surgical skills.The surgical skills were trained step by step and repeatedly and every trainees were required to get the qualifications after the training program.Results Quantification tests of surgical skills were performed and more than 96%of the trainees got good results.Conclusion The step-by-step training process and qualification requirement of each trainees can help to promote doctors＇ practical skills used in community hospitals.
