床位负责制在《护理学基础》实验教学中的应用

摘要 [目的]比较床位负责制教学方式与传统的教学方式在《护理学基础》实验教学中的效果,为护理学基础实验教学提供参考。[方法]将80名护理本科生随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40名,比较两组教学效果,并通过问卷调查了解两组护生对各自教学方法的评价。[结果]实验组护生的操作技能成绩、评估病情的能力、交流沟通的能力均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]床位负责制教学方式提高了护生的综合能力,使教学达到了较好的效果,师生反映较好。 Objective:To comparise effects of bed responsibility teaching method with traditional teaching method in experimental teaching of "Fundamental nursing", so as to provide some bases for experimental teaching of "Fundamental nursing". Methods: A total of 80 nursing students were randomly divided into test and control group, 40 cases each. Teaching effects of two groups students were compared with each other. And evaluation of two groups nursing students on their teaching methods were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Results : In terms of operation skills performance, ability of assessing se- verity of illness condition, and communication ability of test group students were obviously higher than that of control group students (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Bed responsibility system teaching can enhance comprehensive ability of nursing students, achieve a better teaching effect. Both teachers and students reflected well on it.
