摘要
依据原有方案和实际情况,通过合理优化增强投标竞争力,是中国工程企业参与国际招标项目时需要面对的一个难题。本文从平面布置、工艺配套和水工结构3个方面,对Bullnose码头改造方案优化进行介绍,分析投标方案优化工作要点,为工程技术人员提供参考。
It is a difficult issue for the Chinese company to enhance the bidding competence in international tender projects through reasonable ptimization based on the original design and practical situation.This paper provides an overall instruction and analysis of the optimization of bidding option for the re-development of Bullnose port from the layout plan,handling technology and hydraulic structures,which may serve as a reference for the technicians.
