上海辖区航标配布优化思路

On optimization of distribution of navigation marks within Shanghai popedom

为了更好地服务于上海国际航运中心建设,形成与国民经济和航运、科技发展相适应的综合助导航体系,打造一条具有上海特色的高水平的水上"高速公路",从现有航标设置的不尽合理性、局限性和缺失性出发,分析辖区航标优化的必要性,基于航标配布现状,从布局合理化、装备现代化、服务信息化和需求层次化的角度,阐述优化的思路,供相关部门参考。

In order to serve better the construction of Shanghai shipping centre,and form a comprehensive navigation aid system which adapts to the national economy and the development of navigation and science-technology,so as to establish an aquatic ＂expressway ＂ which is of high quality and with the characteristics of Shanghai,we analyze the necessity of the optimization of navigation marks in this region proceeding from the actual situation of the existed navigation marks including the irrationality,limitation and insufficiency.With the illustrations of the current situation of navigation marks＇arrangement,we propose the ideas on the optimization from such angles as the reasonable layout,equipment modernization,service information and needs hierarchy,to serve as a reference for related departments.
