强夯处理块碎石料高填方质量检测技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 对强夯法处理块碎石混合料高填方地基工程质量检测技术进行了较系统的研究,认为处理的质量主要取决于填料的密实性和均匀性;填料变形特征对整体把握填方的稳定及施工质量控制有重要的意义。围绕这两点在贵州某机场、贵州某电厂和云南某机场三个项目质量检测中开展了一系列的常规及快速、无损检测,并对结果进行分析,建立了不同检测参数回归模型,采用统计方法检验了参数的显著性和模型的有效性。通过检测和变形监测相结合可确保该类地基的工程质量。在实践的基础上提出了强夯法处理块碎石高填方地基工程质量测评体系的建议。 The systematic study is made on testing technology of high fill with broken stone fills treated by dynamic compaction,it is considered that the effect would mainly depend on the density and uniformity of fills,and the deformation characteristics of fills have an important meaning for controlling the stability and construction quality of high fill.A lot of common and efficient nondestructive testings used to an airport in Guizhou and Yunnan province,a plant in Guizhou province are conducted systematically.From the regression analysis of testing results,the parametric regression models are established,then the statistical method is used to test the significance of the parameters and validity of the model.The testing and deformation monitoring are very useful to ensure the fill quality.At last,based on engineering practices,some suggestions are put forward about the quality evaluation system of the high fill with broken stone fills treated by dynamic compaction.
