摘要 为了保证大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥施工过程中结构的可靠度和安全度,使成桥线形与受力状态符合设计要求,应用灰度理论进行了预应力连续梁桥施工监控研究。讨论了灰色预测控制系统的基本原理、灰色预测模型建模具体实施步骤、检验方法,根据徐湾大桥预应力箱梁不同控制截面上的位移实测数据序列建立了多个灰色GM(1,1)模型,预测施工进程中桥梁位移与线形的变化,并对于模型精度进行了检验。结果表明预测结果与实测结果吻合较好,说明灰度预测理论在预应力连续梁桥的施工监控中具有实际应用价值。 In order to ensure the reliability and safety of the structure of a long span prestressed concrete continuous box beam bridge in construction process,and make the bridge's line and force state meet the design requirements,the study on the construction monitoring and control is made for a prestressed concrete continuous box beam bridge by using the grey theory.The basic principles of grey prediction and control system,implementation steps of gray prediction modeling and testing methods are also discussed.A number of the gray models GM(1,1) were established in accordance with the measured stress data in different controlled cross sections of the box beam of Xuwan Bridge,and the models were used to predict the displacement and line type variation of the bridge along with the proceeding of the construction.The results of the prediction are well consistent with those of the filed measurement,proving that the method of the prediction has a certain practical application value.
