应用β-七叶皂甙钠辅助治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期的临床疗效观察

Trans Beta Seven YeZao Glucoside Adjuvant Treatment of Chronic Cor Pulmonale Sodium Acute Exacerbations Period the Clinical Curative Effect of Observation

目的探讨β-七叶皂甙钠辅助治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法选取我院心内科120例慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭急性加重期患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者采取常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用β-七叶皂甙钠20mg,静脉点滴,每天1次加入等渗葡萄糖液250mL。结果在经过治疗后,治疗组患者的右室舒张末内径减小(P<0.05),右室射血分数增加(P<0.05),与对照组患者相比差异有统计学意义。治疗组患者呼吸情况、心功能改善明显优于对照组患者,2组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者在常规治疗的基础上加用β-七叶皂甙钠能够更好的改善心衰患者的心脏功能,缓解患者的临床症状,疗效满意,在临床上值得推广。

Objective To study the beta seven YeZao glucoside adjuvant treatment of chronic cor pulmonale sodium acute exacerbations period of clinical curative effect.Methods Select our heart medicine 120 cases of chronic cor pulmonale merger hf patients with acute exacerbations period,randomly divided into treatment group and control group and control group patients take routine therapy,the treatment group patients based on routine treatment combined with beta seven YeZao glucoside sodium,intravenous drip 20mg,1st day to join such as glucose fluid infiltration 250ml.Results After treatment for patients with ventricular,the treatment group （at the end of RVDD） diastolic diameter reduced （P0.05）,ventricular ejection fraction increased （P0.05）,and the control group compared with patients who are statistically significant differences.The treatment group patients breathing,heart function improved significantly better in patients,two groups of patients was statistically significant effect comparative differences （P0.05）.Conclusion Chronic cor pulmonale merger hf patients based on routine treatment combined with beta seven YeZao glucoside sodium can better improve cardiac function in patients with hf,alleviate the clinical symptoms,and the results were satisfactory in clinic,worth popularization worth.
