2007年至2009年我院麻醉性镇痛药物临床应用

The Clinical Application of Narcotic Analgesic Drugs About our Hospital in 2007～2009

目的分析我院麻醉性镇痛药物的使用及变化。方法统计2007年至2009年我院麻醉性镇痛药物的数据,运用用药频数(DDDs)、消耗量等进行分析。结果我院麻醉性镇痛药物使用量呈平稳增长,强阿片类药物消耗量增长,盐酸哌替啶使用量减少。结论我院镇痛药物使用逐渐规范化,主要体现在癌性疼痛的治疗方面,符合WHO三阶梯镇痛治疗指南的原则和发展方向,完善和提高粤东地区镇痛药物治疗水平。

Objective To analyze the use and change of Narcotic analgesic drugs in our hospital.Methods To count the data of Narcotic analgesic drugs in our hospital from 2007 to 2009,and make the analysis with drugs frequency（DDDs）、consumption and so on.Results The use of Narcotic analgesic drugs and consumptions of the Strong opioids drugs grow steadily in our hospital,and the use of the Pethidine hydrochloride decrease.Conclusion The use of Narcotic analgesic drugs keep Standardization,especially in cancer pain,that in keeping with the principle and development of WHO three step analgesic treatment guidelines,and perfect and raise the Treatment level of Analgesic drugs in East Guangdong.
