摘要
目的探讨高血压脑出血术后再发血肿的原因,以提高手术的抢救成功率。方法回顾性分析27例高血压脑出血术后再发血肿原因。结果原手术区域20例(74.07%),硬膜下2例(7.41%),脑内新血肿1例(3.52%),骨窗处脑组织血肿2例(7.41%);脑内手术路径血肿(7.41%)。结论术中和术后血压控制不平稳、手术操作和止血不善是再发血肿的主要原因,病人血小板减少和低凝状态是再出血的高危因素。
Objective Study the 27 cases of rehematomas after postioerations of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage to enhance the succes rate of emergency treatment hypertensive hemorrhage.Methods The causes of 27 cases of rehematoma after postsperation of hypertensive hemorrhage are analysed retrospectively.Results The hematoma in primary contusion and laceration of brain is 20 cases （74.07%）.Ubdural hematoma cause is 2 cases （7.41%）,new intracerebral hematoma is 1 case （3,52%）,hematoma in cerebral located bone windows is 2 cases （7.41%）,hematoma in operative incisin cerebral is 2 cases （7.41%）.Conclusion Blood pressure out of control and insuitable operation are the first cause,and the thrombocytopenia are high risk factor of rehematoma.
