摘要
20世纪80年代,人们认识到人的机体中存在的多种生长因子如:表皮生长因子(EGF)等,对创面具有极强的促修复作用,并且逐渐广泛应用于临床,取得可喜的疗效。本文就表皮生长因子在糖尿病足溃疡中的临床应用现状进行综述。
In the 1980s,people realize that some growth factors such as epidermal growth factor （EGF） can strongly promote the wound repair in the human organism.These are widely used in clinical gradually and have achieved gratifying results.In this paper, we review the epidermal growth factor applied to diabetic foot ulcer in present state of clinical.
