摘要
我国全国性外语教师培训已经开展多年,培训者们一直在创新改革,寻找更有效的培训形式与方法。在一次由“中国外语教材与教法研究中心”组织的全国高校英语骨干教师培训中,我们进行了“一分钟反思/一句话反映”的现场调查活动。本研究基于此次调查活动的结果开展心语分析,对教师反思需求和问题提出解决建议,构想一种阶梯递进式综合发展模式,以切实有效地促进我国高校外语教师的职业发展。
National training programs for EFL teachers have been launched for years. How to find more effective modes or methods of training through innovation is one of trainers' major concerns. In implementing a national training program for tertiary EFL teachers organized by China FLT Textbooks and Methodology Research Center, Prof. Xia Jimei designs a "one-minute reflection" survey. This paper gives an analysis of the feedback from the survey which reflects the trainees' needs and problems, and proposes a progressive ladder model for teacher development to promote the professional development of EFL teachers in our country.
