环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素五日疗法治疗狼疮性肾炎 被引量：1

摘要 狼疮性肾炎（LN）是系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的一种常见的严重的内脏损害，是决定SLE预后最重要的因素[1]。采用糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂治疗已成为共识。环磷酰胺（CTX）联合激素仍是目前推荐的治疗LN的一线方案[2]。但是环磷酰胺的剂量和用法不一，如何能更好地发挥环磷酰胺的治疗作用，减少不良反应，笔者进行了新的尝试。
