摘要
目的探讨糖尿病性白内障围手术期的护理,降低术后并发症的发生率。方法回顾性分析150例糖尿病患者的临床资料及白内障围手术期的护理措施。结果 150例患者术前、术后精神状态良好,如期进行手术,术后效果理想,无1例发生并发症,均满意出院。结论有针对性地做好糖尿病患者白内障手术的护理,对患者的恢复至关重要。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing in diabetic cataract surgery so as to reduce the postoperative complications.Methods The data of perioperative care of 150 cases of diabetic cataract were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the cases got good preoperative and postoperative mental status without any complications.Conclusion Good nursing measures are the key to the recovery of patients of diabetic cataract.
