IL-8与胃癌关系的研究进展

Advance in research on relationship between IL-8 and gastric carcinoma

IL-8是趋化性细胞因子,可以促进炎症细胞趋化和诱导细胞增殖,在胃癌组织中高表达。影响IL-8在胃癌组织中表达水平的因素包括幽门螺杆菌感染、NF-κB的干预、IL-8的基因多态性、表皮生长因子(EGF)的水平。IL-8主要参与胃癌的血管形成、促进金属蛋白酶的表达、影响E-cad和ICAM-1的水平、促进细胞有丝分裂、促使肿瘤转移等,对胃癌的发生、发展、预后均起重要的作用。选择性阻断IL-8及其受体具有抑癌作用,有望成为胃癌治疗的基础药物之一。

IL-8,one of Chemotactic cytokines which is over expressed in gastric cancer tissues promotes chemotaxis of inflammatory cells and the expression of metalloproteinases.The factors influncing the expression of IL-8 include Helicobacter pylori infection,NF-κB intervention,IL-8 gene polymorphism and epidermal growth factor（EGF） levels.IL-8 plays an important role in the incidence,development and prognosis of gastric cancer by regulating the formation of vessel,promoting MMP expression,influencing the levels of E-cad and ICAM-1,mitogenic effects,promoting tumor metastasis,and so on.IL-8 and IL-8 receptor antagonists can be used as one of the basic anti-tumor drugs because of their tumor suppression in the future.
