改变叶轮与蜗壳相对安装位置对双吸多翼风机性能影响的试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 以中央空调末端装置中广泛使用的双吸前向多翼离心风机为研究对象,设计了叶轮与蜗壳安装位置可调的试验装置,试验研究了改变叶轮与蜗壳安装位置对风机性能的影响,并进行了初步的分析。研究结果表明:对于本文研究的风机,叶轮中心与蜗壳几何中心相重合的位置不是最佳位置,两者合适的相对安装位置能使风机在设计转速下风量提高6.08%,总效率提高2.4%,噪声降低0.8dB(A)。 An experimental structure which can adjust the installation positions of the impeller and the volute was devised to investigate the effect of relative impeller-to-volute position on the performance of a multi-blade centrifugal fan which is widely used in the terminal unites of central air conditioning.The results show that the coincident position between the impeller center and the volute geometric center was not conducive to the performance of this test fan.An optimum relative impeller-to-volute position can enhance the volume flow rate and the total efficiency of the fan by 6.08% and 2.4% each,while the sound pressure level was decreased by 0.8dB(A).
